Russell is quite the character.  And unlike most tradesman you would meet. 

Russell is the Principal of Flare Gas Services. 

About Russell...

After many years in the trade of plumbing, gas fitting and solar, Russell started Flare Gas Services to offer customers in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast a better experience when the need arises to deal with a tradesman for home installations and repairs and commercial gas plumbing requirements.

Tradesman, particularly Plumbers & Gas Fitters, are (by nature) a funny bunch.

Many are quite good at their trade but *very* ordinary at best... with customer service and paperwork.

Russell saw the need to improve on this, thus Flare Gas Services was born.

Being dedicated and passionate about what you do comes with the territory with Russell.

With so much confusion in the market place, the right advice in choosing solar hot water, gas hot water, hot water system upgrades and gas stoves/cooktop repairs is something Russell takes very seriously.

We are in the field day-in, day-out.  We know what's a good product and what's not.  And we also know how to help fit the best product to the customers needs.

 With years of experience, Russell always advises to get a good tradesman who will:

• Ask you many questions about what your specific needs are first. (It's your house. You know what you want. A good tradesman will take the time to really listen to you. They will ask questions to help understand the way you live. So you get the best possible solution to your hot water or gas problem)   

• Walk you through what your needs are by giving you some solid options to consider.  

• Explain the most cost effective option to suit your requirements and tell you why it's the best option to go with considering your budget.  

There's no short cuts to real advice.
